We try not to edit the core. Changes are made through modifications and custom extensions, so your store can still be updated safely later.

An error in your store costs money: while checkout is broken, customers go to your competitors. We find the cause and fix it instead of hiding the symptom. These are the issues people contact us about most often:

  • a white screen, a 500 error, PHP messages in the admin panel and on the storefront;
  • breakages after updating PHP, a template or a module;
  • conflicts between modules and modifications;
  • checkout, payment, delivery or email sending not working;
  • SEO URL errors, 404 pages and redirect loops;
  • slow loading and caching problems.

First we study the error log and reproduce the problem. Then we fix it and check that the solution hasn’t broken neighboring parts of the store.

Store Migration and Updates

These jobs are always risky: you can lose orders, products and search rankings. We carry them out so that your store keeps running without unpleasant surprises.

Migration of a store to another hosting provider or server, to a new domain, or from HTTP to HTTPS. We preserve the database, images, settings and page URLs so that your SEO isn’t lost.

Updating your OpenCart or ocStore version and your PHP version. For older stores on 1.5 and 2.x, we migrate to a current version: we transfer the data, check module and template compatibility, and adapt or replace whatever is incompatible.

We always do the work on a copy of your store first. Changes go to the live site only after testing.

Support keeps your store stable, fast and secure, so you don’t have to look for a specialist every time something breaks. It includes:

  • regular backups and verification that they can actually be restored;
  • updates of modules and PHP, and protection against known vulnerabilities;
